The Weld Select Board will hold an Emergency Meeting on Friday, January 23, 2026 in the Multi-Purpose Room at Town Office. (23 Mill Street, Weld, ME) The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and decide to open the Multi-Purpose Room as a warming station for the weekend of 1/24/2026. Road Crew work on Temple Road at the Kennedy Bridge begins Monday, July 28, 2025. Road closure effective Tuesday, July 29, 2025. Road reopen by Wednesday, August 6, 2025. 

CMP Drone Activity Scheduled in Town During the Week of July 21, 2025

This is a notification regarding Central Maine Power (CMP) drone activity scheduled to occur in your town over the next week. CMP is conducting a survey of our overhead electric distribution equipment to support reliability and safety. Please note that this survey will not include customer-owned equipment such as service drops (attachments at homes or businesses) or underground services.
