Procedure for Obtaining Land Use Permits

Special Town Meeting June 23, 2026

In observance of Juneteenth, June 19th, the Town Office will be closed on Monday June 22nd and Public Works will be off.

In observance of July 4th, the Town Office will be closed on Monday July 6th and Public Works will be off.

Monday, Tuesday 8-1pm; Thursdays 8-1pm & 3-6pm

The planning board will meet on the 4th Wednesday at 6:00 PM. Permits MUST be received at least two weeks before the meeting.

Please read the application very carefully and complete all of the questions, as incomplete applications will be tabled.
