Solar/Large Commercial Structure Ordinance ("LCS") Committee

The Solar/LCS Committee was appointed by the Selectboard to draft, review, and propose a draft ordinance for the Selectboard and Town Legislature's consideration to adopt certain measures to govern the application process and approval criteria of commercial structures (specifically large commercial structures and multi-family units), and solar farms taking into consideration certain nuisances that may have a community impact in Weld.
