Commercial Site Plan Review Ordinance Committee

The Commercial Site Plan Review Ordinance Committee was appointed by the Selectboard to draft, review, and propose a draft ordinance for the Select Board and Town Legislature's consideration to adopt certain measures to govern the application process and approval criteria of commercial structures (e.g., large structures, multi-family units, and solar farms) taking into consideration certain nuisances that may have a community impact in Weld.
